A glass bridge connects to the second building of the property. Three guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the ground level, all with access to a large terrace with lounge furniture and stunning views. On the floor above is the spectacular master bedroom with its own large spa area, a huge walk-in closet and a private balcony. On the roof deck above a cosy lounge area with firepit enriches the relaxing mountain experience.

On the lowest floor of this building there is a large security room containing an entertainment lounge that is fully equipped with a bar and a kitchenette. The lounge is in ice white colours and is surrounded by fish tanks. At the end of the lounge a view opens up to a special vehicle garage that is connected through a tunnel to the entrance area of the compound.

Four spacious guest pavilions are embedded in the Large and beautiful natural landscape of the property. As a free standing sauna, the first pavilion offers unobstructable views through glass windows and skylights of the Rocky Mountains while relaxing in a cosy atmosphere next to a fireplace and a wooden lounge. The other pavilions offer the space for additional guest rooms or external workstations.

Villa Lupo also offers the luxury of arriving in a helicopter through its own helipad that can be found on the southern edge of the property. After arrival refreshments and drinks can be enjoyed at the unique Villa Lupo airport lounge being built in the rocks of the helipad.
